DMEDirect lets you created custom submission types for more tightly controlled grouping of claims.  In this example, an on hold
submission type is setup in the Submission Type File.  This type can then be used to put claims that are waiting for product on hold.

A report can then be run which will give return a listing of claims that are on hold waiting for product.
