Download DMEDirect
Follow these instructions to download and install DMEDirect on your PC.
These instructions are for users of Internet Explorer; see your browser documentation if you are using another browser.
1. Click on the Download DMEDirect Setup link below.
PLEASE NOTE: THE FOLLOWING ARE IMAGES, NOT ACTUAL DIALOG BOXES THAT YOU CAN INTERACT WITH. THEY ARE
PROVIDED AS A GUIDELINE TO HELP YOU THROUGH THE DOWNLOAD PROCESS. THE ACTUAL DIALOG BOXES WILL
APPEAR WHEN YOU CLICK ON THE ABOVE LINK.

2. A File Download dialog like the one below will appear. Click on the Save button.
3. A Save As dialog like the one below will appear. Click on the Desktop button on the left then click on the Save button.
This will save the DMEDirect setup file to your desktop.

4. You will see a download progress box like the one below as the file is saved to your PC. When the download is
complete, click on the Close button then close your web browser.

4. You will see an icon like the one below on your desktop. Double click on the icon to load the DMEDirect installer
program.

5. When you see the following screen follow the instructions to install DMEDirect.
6. After you have installed DMEDirect you will see a shortcut to DMEDirect on your desktop. Double click on the shortcut
to start DMEDirect.
